We are delighted to provide you with a peaceful and eco-friendly setting for your stay.

Nature & Organic
Nature finds its home at the Mas—everything here is organic !

The bees
Fifteen beehives stand proudly at the end of the orchard. The honey, harvested by the master of the house, is all-flower and untreated. Its beautiful golden color is a delight for the taste buds. You can enjoy this honey at every breakfast. Jars are available for purchase upon request from Daniel.
The vegetable garden
A culinary invitation: The vegetable garden is self-service for guests staying at the Mas and using the summer kitchen. It offers seasonal vegetables and fruits (tomatoes, zucchinis, eggplants, green beans, bell peppers, salads, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, currants, rhubarb, pumpkin, butternut squash…) for a healthy diet. Insect hotels have been installed to welcome ladybugs, aphids, and other beneficial insects that contribute to thriving crops.

The Orchard
Welcome to the fruit paradise ! The orchard is self-service for guests staying at the Mas. Apples, pears, nectarines, plums, mirabelle plums, grapes, and figs what a delight to indulge in healthy treats !
The Olive Trees
They are 50 in number. Each year, in November, Daniel harvests 400 kg of olives, which produce this delicious nectar to enhance dishes and salads. The olives are pressed in a single batch at the mill, meaning the oil is 100% from the Mas.
If you feel like it, come and stay at the Mas during the harvest and join us. The harvest is a very enjoyable activity, and after a few hours, you will feel the benefits of a natural and organic experience.

Trees & Plants
The Mas
It is built on a 7-hectare estate, with 3 hectares covered in trees. “Plane trees,” you say? Yes, there are about 60 of them, providing shade and coolness. But that’s not all—magnolias, acacias, pines, oaks, and willows form a small woodland, perfect for an afternoon nap. A great variety of Mediterranean and medicinal plants line the small paths and garden alleys surrounding the Mas.
